Additional Pricing Information

Your card will be charged a $19.95 minimum return shipping and handling fee when placing the order. Upon completion, the total order amount will be calculated and charged based on the number of photos, optional services, and selected return shipping option, minus the initial minimum service fee. Once any of our online services have been ordered, all sales are final and retroactive price changes will not be honored. No cancellations or refunds.

Ordering the 'Scanning in Order' service will let the scanning technician know that you need to have your photographs scanned in the order you have specified. NOTE: We will attempt our best to keep your photos in the same order for return shipping but this is not guaranteed. This service is only for scanning your photos in the specified order.

Photo Soap +7¢ per scan magically helps make old photos look new^ Most people won't get the most out of their digital images due to the amount of time needed to correct thousands of photos and their lack of experience color correcting digital images. We offer to do the work for you and bring out your image's true nature using a computerized image correction process. Old photos will be brought back to life. New photos will look better than you thought they could. (Does not remove dirt or scratches from photos)

Image Rotation +8¢ per scan^ Our high-speed scanners make sure your photos get back to you faster than ever before, but are limited to scanning all images horizontally. Add this service and we will go back through your photos after scanning and rotate them to the correct orientation. Since we have to view your scans photo-by-photo after completion, this charge is applied to all scans, not just rotated images

Dual Side Scanning (front and back) +9¢ per scan^Scan both the front and back side of every photo scanned.

Signature Confirmation - $14.95 (Highly Recommend)^Signature confirmation service is HIGHLY recommended to ensure delivery of your photos back to you and only you. Otherwise the USPS carrier may just leave your box on your porch/mailbox leaving it susceptible to weather or theft.

Use our Pay-per-Scan option for the fastest standard turnaround time. Most orders are completed within a few weeks; express same-day scanning is available as an add-on.

If you only have a few photos that you need scanned, our flexible Pay-Per-Scan service allows you to send us as few or as many photos as you’d like.

For standard 72 dpi resolution, photo scanning is free for up to 1,000 pictures; 8¢ above. Standard return delivery and handling fees apply. Scanning only costs 8¢ per photo for 150 dpi. If you’d prefer 300 dpi, it is 8¢ more (16¢ per scan) or 600 dpi, is just 13¢ more per scan (21¢ per scan). We accept photos that range in size from 3x3” to 8.10” and we can scan photos in a specific order for an additional cost.

All work is completed on site and handled with the greatest of care by trained professionals. You’ll have your photos back within a few short weeks.

Before You Start

How it works

Place your order today and you will be charged our minimum scanning fee of $25 as a deposit which will be credited back to you once the order is complete (if applicable). Minimum fee is for scanning and additional scanning options. It does not include return shipping.
Pack up your photos as detailed in the organizing and packing instructions. It is highly recommended that you use a brand new box for shipping.
Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your photos so we can match up your order to our system. If not included, it may cause delays as we try to figure out who the shipment belongs to. This step is ABSOLUTELY necessary when the return address on the shipment does not match our customer records, as when shipped from a UPS store, for example.
Once received, we will contact you notifying you of its arrival.
Upon completion, your credit card will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and any overage beyond the $40 minimum scanning fee.
Due to swift changes in technology, your shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If shipped after, the pricing for our services on the day it is postmarked will be in effect.
