Your card will be charged a $20 minimum scanning fee when placing the order. Upon completion, total order amount will be calculated and charged based on number of photos, optional services and selected return shipping option, minus the initial minimum service fee as well as the amount you paid for the expired Groupon voucher(s). Minimum fee is for scanning and additional scanning options. It does not include return shipping. Once any of our online services have been ordered, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

Want your images downloaded to your computer? Add this option and you can download all the photos we scan directly to your computer. $19.95

Same day scanning and upload is available. Simply order our "Express Service" along with this "Upload Service" to receive your uploaded images to the email provided within 24 hours. If your order is received before 1pm (Pacific Time) your order will be scanned and uploaded the same day. Same day scanning only available to standard photographic scanning. Limitations may apply. Upload service is only available for photo scanning, slide scanning, and negative scanning. Same day upload is only available during regular business hours Monday - Friday and excluding holidays.

Use our Pay-per-Scan option for the fastest standard turnaround time.  Most orders are completed within a few weeks; express same-day scanning is available as an add-on.

If you only have a few photos that you need scanned, our flexible Pay-Per-Scan service allows you to send us as few or as many photos as you’d like.

Scanning only costs 16Β’ per photo for 300 dpi (note that there is a $20 minimum per order, not including S&H). If you’d prefer 600 dpi, it is just 15Β’ more per scan. We accept photos that range in size from 3x3” to 8x10” and we can scan photos in a specific order for an additional cost.

Before you mail your photos to us, please read our guidelines for how to prepare your photos for scanning. If you are local to our Irvine, California facility, you can make an appointment at our retail photo center.

All work is completed onsite and handled with the greatest of care by trained professionals. You’ll have your photos back within a few short weeks.

How it works

  • Place your order today and you will be charged our minimum scanning fee of $20 as a deposit which will be credited back to you once the order is complete (if applicable). Minimum fee is for scanning and additional scanning options. It does not include return shipping.
  • Pack up your photos as detailed in the organizing and packing instructions. It is highly recommended that you use a brand new box for shipping.
  • Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your photos so we can match up your order to our system. If not included, it may cause delays as we try to figure out who the shipment belongs to. This step is ABSOLUTELY necessary when the return address on the shipment does not match our customer records, as when shipped from a UPS store, for example.
  • Once received, we will contact you notifying you of its arrival.
  • Upon completion, your credit card will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and any overage beyond the $40 minimum scanning fee.
  • Due to swift changes in technology, your shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If shipped after, the pricing for our services on the day it is postmarked will be in effect.
