Your card will be charged a $25 minimum scanning fee when placing the order. Upon completion, the total order amount will be calculated and charged based on the number of photos, optional services, and selected return shipping option, minus the initial minimum service fee. The minimum fee is for scanning and additional scanning options. It does not include return shipping. Once any of our online services have been ordered, all sales are final and retroactive price changes will not be honored. No cancellations or refunds. If your order exceeds $25, you are fully credited this deposit when your order is completed. If you order total is less than $25, the balance is applied towards the processing service fee. Photo Soap

Helps make old photos look new Most people won't get the most out of their digital images due to the amount of time needed to correct thousands of photos and their lack of experience color correcting digital images. We offer to do the work for you and bring out your image's true nature using a computerized image correction process. Old photos will be brought back to life. Order a Photo Index Book for 15¢ per photo scanned. Pages are double sided and bound in a hard cover book with 25 images per 8½'' x 11'' page. All work is completed on site and handled with the greatest of care by trained professionals. You’ll have your photos back within a few short weeks.

For our Pay Per Photos scanning service your shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If shipped after, the pricing will go back to our regular pricing (all coupons and discounts are voided).

Q. Can you scan slides or negatives?

Yes we can but the high speed scanning is only available for print scanning. We scan slides and negatives as a separate service. The cost varies depending upon quantity and resolution. For more info, please visit our slide or negative scanning sections.

Q. What resolution are my photos scanned at?

We offer scanning at 72, 150, 300 or 600 DPI.

The final file size will vary depending upon the size of the original photograph. A standard 4x6 at 300 DPI usually is about 700KB -1MB in size whereas at 600 DPI ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 MB.

Many websites refer to resolution as a pixel by pixel notation.

To determine what your own picture's pixel-by-pixel resolution will be, multiply the inches by 300 DPI or 600 DPI. For example, a 4"x6" print will have a resolution of 1200x1800 at 300 DPI (4" x 300 DPI = 1200 pixels, 6" x 300 DPI = 1800 pixels) and 2400x3600 at 600 DPI (4" x 600 DPI = 2400 pixels, 6" x 600 DPI = 3600 pixels).

Q. Can you scan my photos at a higher resolution?

How it works

  • Place your order today and you will be charged our minimum scanning fee of $25 as a deposit which will be credited back to you once the order is complete (if applicable). Minimum fee is for scanning and additional scanning options. It does not include return shipping.
  • Pack up your photos as detailed in the organizing and packing instructions. It is highly recommended that you use a brand new box for shipping.
  • Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your photos so we can match up your order to our system. If not included, it may cause delays as we try to figure out who the shipment belongs to. This step is ABSOLUTELY necessary when the return address on the shipment does not match our customer records, as when shipped from a UPS store, for example.
  • Once received, we will contact you notifying you of its arrival.
  • Upon completion, your credit card will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and any overage beyond the $25 minimum scanning fee.
  • Due to swift changes in technology, your shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If shipped after, the pricing for our services on the day it is postmarked will be in effect.
