Photo Restoration: Free your photos from damage and old age purgatory

Let our photo restoration artists restore and enhance your vintage photographs into works of art to be enjoyed and preserved for generations. Old pictures fade and degrade with time which is why it is important to fix your old and damaged photos before it is too late. They also crack, tear and get dirty. Our restoration specialists will make your photo restoration free of flaws that currently plague your photographs. Since we opened our doors in 1990, our customers have trusted us with all their photographic, and now, digital imaging needs. You are about to find out why.

Have you had your photos scanned with ScanMyPhotos.com? Now is the perfect time to go through your scans for those special photos that need a little TLC. Upload your digital file for restoration, no need to send in the photos.

Any standard photo restoration is now only $39.95, with a 20-day turnaround. Faster turn-around times are available at an additional cost (see below). You can also order additional prints on Kodak photo paper at the time of restoration or after you receive you restored image back through our online lab. Customer Stories

"I have to tell you that the recent restoration that you did for me of my friend's sister is nothing short of amazing. Although I expected some significant improvement on what you were given to work with, I never dreamed that you would produce the quality of the restoration. It is absolutely awesome. In a previous email, you ask if you might use the picture as a before and after and I think that would be great, and encourage you to do so. Thanks for the quick turn around and great job!"

Why Should I Restore My Photos?

Photos are snapshots not only in the literal sense but in the abstract sense, as well. Often times they are moments in time that cannot be reproduced. Photos record important people, places and events and serve to enhance our own memories. They are records for those that weren’t there to experience the moment themselves. In a way, photographs are a physical manifestation of our memories.

Often times, our photo restoration artists are presented with one of kind photos, where the photo is the only record of a parent or relative. We understand the importance of saving any and all photos for our customers because what may seem like just another photo to some is a treasure to someone else.

With the exception of natural disasters, time is the greatest photo killer. Over time, photos are exposed to sunlight, humidity, temperature changes and lots of handling from being passed around and showed off. If the photo was produced using cheap paper and chemicals, this increase the rate of deterioration one will see.

The important thing to remember is that it is never too late to restore a photo. Our digital artists will restore almost any photo and since photo restoration is now all digital, your original photo is never put in any danger. In fact, our new ordering process allows you to scan the photo yourself and upload the scanned image to us so your photo never leaves you hands. There is no need to send us your photo or put it in the mail. Simply scan and upload. It's that simple.
