PHOTO SOAP^SM (Photo enhancement) - Yes, in addition to my regular scanning order, please also process my order with Photo Soap^SM to adjust color and density on all my scanned photographs for an additional $59.95 per 1,000 photos. The change for this service is in addition to the scanning fee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

DUAL SIDE SCANNING - - Yes, I would like both the front and back side of every photo scanned. This doubles the scan total (i.e. each photo counts for two scans) and doubles the final quantity. For example, if you have 500 photos scanned dual side, your final count is 1,000 photos and will be charged $64. If you have 800 photos scanned dual side, your final count is 1,600 and you will be charged $128.

DUPLICATE PRINTS - Yes, Please provide me with (quantity) duplicate reprint sets 4x6 photographic prints from each photo provided. The charge per photo is 20 ¢. WE RECOMMEND you order a duplicate set of freshly printed Kodak-quality pictures. It is also a smart way to preserve your memories with all identical-sized 4"x 6"-print pictures. EXTRA DVD - Yes, I would like to order extra copies of the DVD's.

SCANNING IN ORDER - Yes, scan all my photos in the order specified for an additional $24.95 per 1,000 photos. NOTE: We will attempt our best to keep your photos in the same order for return shipping but this is not guaranteed. This service is only for scanning your photos in the specified order.

ROTATE PICTURES - Yes, I would like to have all my pictures rotated upright for $69.95 per 1,000 photos.

RUSH SERVICE - Yes, I would like rush service so my order will be immediately sent into production upon receipt as the next order processed to make sure my order is shipped out the same day it is received. Add $29.95 to my order for each 1,000 pictures submitted.

PHOTO INDEX BOOK - Yes, I would like to order a Photo Index Book. The charge is $95.50 per 1,000 photos. Pages are double sided and bound in a hard cover book with 25 images per page in 8½" x 11" size. Image rotation is included with an order of the Photo Index Book. Additional copies of the same book are $69.95 per 1,000 images. (Example 1,700 pictures = $191.00 for the first book, $139.90 for each additional duplicate book) Price only valid for online ordering. Not valid in-store pricing.

Yes, I have carefully reviewed and complied with the ordering instructions and requirements. I understand that if my order is not properly submitted, it might be returned unprocessed and I will be charged just for the return shipping and handling fees. I understand that all orders are charged per 1,000 photos scanned. Quantities over 1,000 are rounded up to the next 1,000 and charged accordingly. For example, 1,300 photos is rounded up to 2,000 and charged $64 x 2.

Return Shipping Option 1 - I would like you to return my entire order via USPS Priority Service and charge my credit card accordingly for shipping and handling. (minimum $19.95 per 1,000 photos based on size of order, weight and destination. Typically the least expensive way to ship back.)

Return Shipping Option 2 - Split return delivery. For the quickest return of my scanned images, please FedEx Standard Overnight just the scanned digital discs for $37.50 and return my photos separately via USPS Priority Mail service with an additional, complimentary duplicate disc. (Minimum USPS Priority mail S&H is $19.95 per up to each 1,000 photographs, plus the additional $37.50 FedEx charge so my order is expedited so I can quickly get my scanned images ).

Return Shipping Option 3 - I would like you to return my entire order via FedEx Domestic, 2-day delivery (P.O. Boxes not accepted) and charge my credit card accordingly for shipping and handling.
