ADDITIONAL COPIES - I would like additional copies of the same Kodak Picture Movie for $14.95. (Highly recommended as these DVDs cannot be duplicated in any way. Once the order is completed and returned, creating a duplicate DVD requires the photos to be mail back, scanned again and a new DVD created. We do not keep any Kodak Picture Movie DVDs, nor the scanned images used, on file)

Return Shipping Option 1 - I would like you to return my entire order via USPS Priority Service and charge my credit card accordingly for shipping and handling.

Return Shipping Option 2 - I would like you to return my entire order via FedEx Standard Overnight (by 3pm the following business day, P.O. Boxes not accepted) and charge my credit card accordingly for shipping and handling.

If choosing FedEx return of just your digital disc jpeg files, you must also choose one of the following Signature Delivery Authorizations:
Deliver without signature      Direct recipient signature      Any adult signature

Return Shipping Option 3 - I would like you to return my entire order via FedEx Domestic, 2-day delivery (P.O. Boxes not accepted) and charge my credit card accordingly for shipping and handling.
